Cortex Forms Ingest

This neuron routes Tally form responses into SharePoint. Hand Cortex a Tally form URL in chat and it reads the form, auto-creates a SharePoint list named after it with one column per field, and keeps the responses flowing — no webhook, signing secret, or field map to set up.

MCP tools

• watch_tally_form — paste a Tally form URL to start watching it. Cortex provisions the SharePoint list and its columns, records the watch, and backfills any existing responses; new responses appear within about 15 minutes. Any teammate with a Cortex staff or admin role may watch their own form.

Watching a form needs a Cortex staff or admin role. Delivery into SharePoint is not yet reconciled end to end — see the README’s production-readiness gates.
